We also campaign on important social issues in our district by collecting information to inform and improve the policies and principles that affect people’s lives. Working with so many people on their challenges enables us to identify themes that highlight systemic problems, for example in relation to energy and housing issues. This data provides valuable evidence that we can use for policy campaigns locally, and to feed into nationwide campaigns organised by national Citizens Advice.
