We are looking for an individual to join our Outcomes Team to research the week’s enquiries in order to identify any beneficial outcomes for clients, either financial or non financial.
Main duties and responsibilities include:
As a result of advice given by our organisation, you will be required to contact clients by telephone to ascertain if any financial gain or other outcomes have been achieved, such as benefits, debt and employment.
Working with members of other teams such the Money Advice Team and Welfare Benefits Team
Record and update the Outcomes on our software system
Typing letters and memos for money advice caseworkers
Filing and photocopying
Answering the telephone, taking messages where appropriate
Personal skills and qualities that an administrator needs:
A commitment to and understanding of the aims and principles of the CA service
To be organised, logical and systematic
Excellent communication skills, both orally and in writing
A willingness to attend training and other meetings
To be able to work as part of a team.
